All welcome to come down and swim approx 2–3 kms per session. ARE YOU TOUGH ENOUGH?
Mondays — Lap swimming with a few of Rowie’s special exercises to break the
monotony 6.30 to 7.30 pm.
Wednesdays — Roll up game night for any one who can brave the cold. Under 12’s and 14’s at 7.00 pm and Under 16 to Open 7.30 pm
